Pricing
This is provided on a pay as you go pricing and you will simply be invoiced at the end of the month for the VA hours you use. There will be a minimum monthly charge of 25 hrs. All prices indicated are subject to VAT.
Pricing for the service is as follows
- Initial setup including placement of your first Virtual Assistant – £595
- Additional Virtual Assistants – £275 each
- Minimum monthly charge – 25 hours
- From 25 to 80 hours of Virtual Assistant service in a single month – £8.80/hour
- 81 to 119 hours of Virtual Assistant service in a single month – £7.55/hour
- Over 120 hours of Virtual Assistant service in a single month – £6.35/hour
In addition we offer Virtual Assistants who specialise and are experienced in Social Media Marketing, website design and Search Engine Optimisation. These VA’s can be provided on a project basis or a permanent member of your team. Rates for these specialist VA’s are as follows:
- From 25 to 80 hours of Virtual Assistant service in a single month – £13.60/hour
- 81 to 119 hours of Virtual Assistant service in a single month – £11.50/hour
- Over 120 hours of Virtual Assistant service in a single month – £9.50/hour
There is no minimum charge for existing clients.
