Preparing yourself for the new normal

Prepare yourself for the new normal. There may be things that you could be doing now more efficiently to get your business ready for the new normal.

Digital Clutter

This is the time to go through your email. Check your inboxes and all of those emails that bombard you all the time, unsubscribe from them and you’ll drastically reduce down all the wasted information, wasted emails that just rob you of your time. There may also be other Facebook groups or WhatsApp groups that you can unsubscribe to.

Eliminate, Automate, Delegate

Once you’ve eliminated, you can start thinking about how you can automate and delegate the tasks you can give to other people. Start building a task list of all the things that need to be done within your business and then think about who you can delegate those tasks to. Start to look at your systems and your processes, think of how you can improve on them. Is there a new software that you can use to help automate your business? When looking at software, evaluate items such as ease of use, functionality and what is the support or after-sales like, and of course how much it costs.

Goals and Deadlines = Results

Ask yourself, what are your goals or objectives? What do you want to achieve in the next 12 months? Then schedule a deadline for those goals or objectives. If you have goals but you don’t have deadlines in place, then you are not going to get the results that you want.

Catch up on Training

Invest time on improving yourself. Look at ways you can improve not only from a business standpoint but also personal development and mindset. Re-evaluate your life and relationships. Focus on mind, body and spirit.

Follow up on Leads
